摘 要:针对永兴副斜井井筒表土层距离长、稳定性差、土颗粒细,土质疏松,遇水软化、湿陷;特别是厚黄土段,湿陷性强,遇水松软泥化,承载能力下降,极易产生冒顶、抽帮、井筒下沉,施工安全隐患大,预防处理困难;井筒支护设计复杂,工艺转换频繁,一次支护施工时间长,井筒施工进度和施工安全难以保证的情况,经反复论证与实践,采用环形开挖核心预留法掘进,前探梁配合金属支架快速支护,空气射流增压技术和接力喷浆法进行长距离喷浆等技术,顺利完成了井筒表土段的施工,成功实践了斜井井筒超千米表土层一次支护施工技术,为类似地质条件的斜井工程施工提供了参考和借鉴。The surface soil layer of the Yongxing auxiliary inclined shaft has long distances,poor stability,fine soil particles,loose soil,softening and collapsing with water;especially in thick loess sections,it has strong collapsibility,and it becomes soft and muddy with water,and its bearing capacity is extremely low.It is easy to cause roof fall,side pumping,and sinking of the shaft,high hidden dangers in construction safety,and difficult to prevent and handle;the design of shaft support is complicated,the process conversion is frequent,the construction time of one support is long,and the construction progress and safety of the shaft are difficult to guarantee.After repeated demonstration and practice,the construction of the shaft surface soil section was successfully completed by using ring excavation core reservation method,rapid support of front probe beam with metal support,long-distance shotcreting with air jet pressurization technology and relay shotcreting method.The construction of the inclined shaft has successfully implemented the one-time support construction technology of the surface soil layer of the inclined shaft over one thousand meters,which provides reference for the construction of the inclined shaft with similar geological conditions.
