摘 要:交通基础设施建设有力保障和直接拉动了经济的持续快速增长,但也对环境带来了直接和间接的影响。文章通过交通基础设施建设、环境污染与经济增长三者关系的实证分析表明:交通基础设施建设对我国地区经济增长的促进效应有着显著的地区差异,且会显著地加剧地区环境的恶化,同时,环境污染会在一定程度上对地区经济增长产生抑制效应,且"先上升、后下降"的趋势较为显著。因此,有必要进一步合理布局交通基础设施建设,加大环境治理投资,缓解交通基础设施建设对生态环境带来的直接和间接影响,构建交通基础设施建设、环境保护与经济增长三者间的良好互动机制。The construction of transportation infrastructure strongly guarantees and directly promotes the sustained and rapid economic growth,but it also has direct and indirect impact on the ecological environment.The empirical analysis of the relationship between transportation infrastructure construction,environmental pollution and economic growth shows that there are significant regional differences in the economic growth effect of transportation infrastructure construction,and transportation infrastructure construction will significantly intensify the environmental deterioration.Environmental pollution will have a inhibitory effect on economic growth to a certain extent,and the trend of"first rising,then falling"is more significant.Therefore,it is necessary to further rationalize the layout of transport infrastructure construction,increase investment in environmental governance,alleviate the direct and indirect impact of transport infrastructure construction on the ecological environment,and build a good interaction mechanism among transport infrastructure construction,environmental protection and economic growth.
