农业科技、土地确权与农业补贴——农村土地规模经营发生条件的再验证

摘　　要：当代中国农村土地规模经营发生的影响因素存在一些争议。文章基于江苏省农户调查,采用二分类Logistic回归分析方法,研究发现:农业科技、政府的土地确权和补贴政策是关键影响因素;相对而言,当下的农民非农就业则不利于土地规模经营的发生;家庭自有资源如人口、劳动力数量和承包土地面积等对土地规模经营的发生没有影响;家庭农业收入虽然影响显著,但作用程度不明确;以上因素之间并不存在显著交互作用。建议进一步推动农业科技的普及,贯彻土地确权并优化农业补贴政策。There are some controversies on the impact factors of large-scale land management of rural land in contemporary China.Based on the survey of Jiangsu farmers,and taking binary classification logistic method in analysis,this research finds that agricultural technology,land property certification and agricultural machinery subsidy policies constitute the key factors;by contrast,non-agricultural employment of farmers having no significance is not conducive to the occurrence of land-scale management;household resources such as family demography,labor force amounts of contracted land have no effect on the occurrence of large-scale land management;although family agricultural income has a significant impact,the content of its impact is unclear;lastly,interactional effect among above factors is not significant.As it is suggested,agricultural technologies should more spread among farmers,and policies of land property certification as well as agricultural subsidies should be further prompted.
