摘　　要：不动产数据整合是不动产登记工作的一项重要内容。文章分析了抵押登记数据现状和数据整合工作难点,明确了符合业务实际的数据整合要求。同时,针对不动产抵押登记数据整合难度高、整合周期长等问题,提出了针对性的优化措施,设计研究了能够满足工作要求的不动产抵押登记数据整合方案。实践证明,文章数据整合方案行之有效,保证了数据的完整性和可靠性,成果满足业务需求,确保了不动产系统的正常上线运行,为不动产抵押数据整合工作提供了一条思路。Real estate data integration is an important work of real estate registration.This paper analyzes the status of mortgage registration data and the difficulties of data integration,and clarifies the data integration requirements that correspond with the actual work.In view of the great difficulty and long period of real estate mortgage registration data integration,targeted optimization measures were proposed,and an integration scheme for real estate mortgage registration data was designed and studied.Practice has proved that the data integration scheme proposed in this paper is effective,which guarantees the integrity and reliability of the data.The results could meet the needs of the actual work and ensure the normal operation of the real estate system.This paper provides an alternative idea for real estate mortgage data integration.
