摘 要:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间不同体育锻炼方式对居家学生焦虑和抑郁情绪的影响效益及内在机制。方法:对正念太极实验组和体能实验组学生进行5周网络直播视频教学运动干预,对照组在相同时间无体育活动,在干预前后使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和情绪调节自我效能感量表(RES)进行测评。结果显示:1)长时间的居家隔离导致大学生产生了不同程度的焦虑和抑郁负面情绪;2)体育锻炼显著改善居家学生焦虑、抑郁和情绪调节自我效能感,且正念太极锻炼具有更好的改善效益;3)情绪调节自我效能感可以显著负向预测焦虑和抑郁水平;4)情绪调节自我效能感在体育锻炼改善负面情绪中起到中介作用,调节沮丧/痛苦情绪自我效能感对焦虑情绪起到完全中介作用,调节生气/愤怒情绪自我效能感对抑郁情绪起到部分中介作用。To explore the effects of different physical exercise ways on the anxiety and depression of home-schooled students during the COVID-19 pandemic and the internal mechanism.Methods:The students in mindfulness Tai Chi experimental group and physical fitness experimental group received 5-week live video teaching exercise intervention,while the control group had no physical activity at the same time;before and after the intervention,participants were assessed with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Regulation Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale(RES).Results:1)Long time isolation at home led to different degrees of anxiety and depression in college students;2)physical exercise significantly improved the anxiety,depression and self-efficacy of emotion regulation of students living at home,and mindfulness Tai Chi exercise had better improvement effect;3)self-efficacy of emotion regulation significantly negatively predicted the level of anxiety and depression;4)the self-efficacy of emotion regulation played an intermediary role in the improvement of negative emotions by physical exercise,the self-efficacy of depression or pain emotion played a complete intermediary role in anxiety,and the self-efficacy of angry or annoyed emotion played a partial intermediary role in depression.
