新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对我国体育风险投资的影响及应对策略

摘　　要：基于我国体育风险投资的发展现状,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、投融资理论等方法,分析新冠疫情对我国体育风险投资募集、投资、管理和退出环节的影响,认为疫情对资金募集和项目投资带来阻力,并增加了风险投资机构的投后管理压力。创业公司、投资机构和政府部门应协同发挥风险投资体系的产业推动作用:1)创业公司发挥创业精神,积极应对疫情带来的市场变化;2)投资机构主动加强风险投资管理,不断挖掘新的风险投资机遇;3)政府部门营造更好的创业投资环境,支持体育创业和体育风险投资进一步发展。Based on the current development status of sports venture capital in China,this paper investigates the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the raising,investment,management and withdrawal of sports venture capital by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and investment theory.It concludes that the pandemic exerts a negative influence on the fund raising and investing activities,and puts stress on the investment management of venture capital firms.Start-ups,venture capital firms and government departments should work cooperatively to play an important role in promoting venture capital industry:1)start-ups play an entrepreneurial spirit,actively respond to the market changes brought about by the epidemic;2)venture capital firms reinforce the management of start-ups play an entrepreneurial spirit,actively respond to the market changes brought about by the epidemic;and 3)government departments create a better environment for venture capital to support the further development of sports entrepreneurship and sports venture capital.
