摘 要:实验考察了不同阻隔树脂PA、EVOH、聚酮在不同添加量下对聚丙烯/滑石粉体系热老化性能的影响。结果表明,加入PA体系老化性能下降,加入EVOH体系老化性能变化不大,加入聚酮能明显改善体系的老化性能。红外测试结果表明,聚丙烯样板表面发生的是有氧气参与的热氧降解,粉化层下的里层发生的是热降解。通过粉化层厚度的测试发现,聚酮的加入明显降低了初始氧化层厚度,从0.2mm降低到0.1mm左右,从而提高了体系的耐老化性能。The thermal oxidation aging properties of polypropylene(PP)/talc blends was studied by adding different kinds of barrier resistance resin PA, EVOH and polyketone with different content. The research displays that the blends,aging properties decrease with the use of PA, change a little with the use of EVOH, and increase much with the use of polyketone. The FTIR results display that the surface of the sample experiences a thermo-oxidative degradation progress and the inner layer below the chalked surface experiences a thermal degradation progress. According to the test results of the oxidation layer thickness, the addition of polyketone decrease the initial oxidation layer thickness of the sample, from 0.2 mm to about 0.1 mm,resulting an improvement of the aging resistance property of the blends.
