摘 要:对外径分别为110mm和63mm的两种规格聚乙烯燃气管进行了自然老化试验,通过测试聚乙烯燃气管试样在不同累积接受能量下的氧化诱导时间、拉伸性能、熔体流动速率(MFR)等重要性能指标的变化,探讨了自然老化对聚乙烯燃气管物理力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,在接受能量为6.0 GJ/m^2时,聚乙烯燃气管试样的氧化诱导时间小于20min;当接受能量达到7.5 GJ/m^2时,试样氧化诱导时间接近于10min,其表面老化较为严重。随着接受能量的增加,所有试样的拉伸屈服强度的变化幅度较小,无色带试样的断裂伸长率基本保持不变,而表面带有黄色色带试样的断裂伸长率发生锐减。所有试样的MFR随着接受能量的变化基本保持不变。Natural aging tests were performed on two specifications polyethylene gas pipes with outer diameters of 110mm and 63 mm.Through studying the changes of three important performance indexes(oxidation induction time,tensile property and melt flow rate)of polyethylene gas pipe samples under different irradiation energy,the influence law of the natural aging on the physical and mechanical properties of polyethylene gas pipe was investigated.The results showed that when the energy received was 6.0 GJ/m^2,the oxidation induction time of the polyethylene gas pipe sample was less than 20 minutes.When the energy received was 7.5 GJ/m^2,the sample oxidation induction time was close to 10 minutes,which exhibited serious aged on surface.With the increase of the received energy,the tensile yield strength of all samples changed little.The elongation at break of the samples without color bars remained unchanged,while the elongation at break of the samples with yellow bars on the surface dropped markedly.The MFR of all samples remained almost unchanged with the change of the received energy.
