摘 要:以碳纤维复合材料强度对体育器材耐磨性能的影响为探索主题,分析碳纤维复合材料强度对体育器材耐磨性能的影响。准备16种实验材料,选用电化学改性处理装置、高温除胶设备、碳纤维高尔夫球杆模型德国SCHENCK公司生产的电子万能实验机、深圳瑞格尔有限公司生产的拉伸机等样品制备装置,测试强度为13.67cN/dtex的T300碳纤维高尔夫球杆和强度为16.84 cN/dtex的T700碳纤维高尔夫球杆的耐磨性能。实验结果显示,T300碳纤维高尔夫球杆试样出现空洞、亮块和凹槽的情况较多,而T700碳纤维高尔夫球杆试样出现亮块的地方很少,无空洞,无凹槽。说明强度为16.84 cN/dtex的T700碳纤维高尔夫球杆的耐磨性能更强。由此可知,碳纤维复合材料强度会直接影响体育器材的耐磨性能。Taking the influence of the strength of carbon fiber composite material on the wear resistance of sports equipment as the subject of exploration,the influence of the strength of carbon fiber composite material on the wear resistance of sports equipment was analyzed.Prepare 16 kinds of experimental materials,choose the electrochemical modification processing equipment,plastic equ ipment at high temperature,carbon fiber golf club model German SCHENCK company production of electronic universal testing ma chine,shenzhen co.,LTD.,the production’s drawing machine device such as a sample preparation and testing strength of 13.67 cN/dt ex T300 carbon fiber golf clubs and intensity of 16.84 cN/dtex wear resistance of T700 carbon fiber golf clubs.The experimental resu lts showed that there were more holes,bright blocks and grooves in the T300 carbon fiber golf club samples,while there were few bri ght blocks in the T700 carbon fiber golf club samples,with no holes or grooves.It shows that the T700 carbon fiber golf club with a s trength of 16.84 cN/dtex has stronger wear resistance.It can be seen that the strength of carbon fiber composite materials will directl y affect the wear resistance of sports equipment.
