摘　　要：目的探讨PRECEDE模式护理干预在哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年6月至2018年6月收治的哮喘患者100例,将其随机等分为试验组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在此基础上给予6个月的PRECEDE模式设计的健康教育干预,比较两组第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC、血氧饱和度(SaO2)、哮喘发生次数以及生活质量和SCL-90症状自评量表评分。结果护理干预后试验组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、SaO2及各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),哮喘发作次数、SCL-90症状自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将PRECEDE模式护理干预应用于哮喘患者,可以有效提高临床治疗效果,改善生活质量,提升其战胜疾病的信心,密切护患关系,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of PRECEDE model nursing intervention in patients with asthma.Methods To select 100 cases of asthma patients admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018,and they were randomly divided them into a test group and a control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the test group was given health education intervention based on PRECEDE mode design for 6 months on this basis,and the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC,oxygen saturation(SaO2),the number of asthma occurrences,quality of life and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)score were compared in the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,SaO2 and quality of life scores in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of asthma occurrences and SCL-90 score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PRECEDE model nursing intervention in asthma patients can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the quality of life,enhance their confidence in overcoming the disease,and make a close the nurse-patient relationship.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
