低温透析模式下透析对患者疲乏状态与低血压的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨低温透析模式下透析对患者疲乏状态与低血压的影响。方法选择我院2017年4月至2019年4月维持性血液透析患者172例为研究对象,按数字随机表法等分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取常规模式,观察组采用低温透析模式,比较两组的Piper疲乏修订量表(RPFS)评分以及低血压发生情况。结果观察组RPFS量表中感知疲乏、认知疲乏、情感疲乏、行为疲乏以及RPFS总分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);下机前平均收缩压与舒张压均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);低血压发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温透析模式下进行维持性血液透析能有效改善患者感知、行为等疲乏状态,有助于稳定透析期间血压,降低血液透析相关性低血压发生率。Objective To explore the effect of dialysis on fatigue and hypotension in low-temperature dialysis mode.Methods To select 172 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into acontrol group and an observation group according to the number random table method.The control group adopted the routine mode,and the observation group adopted the low-temperature dialysis mode to compare the revised Piper fatigue scale(RPFS)score and the occurrence status of hypotension between the two groups.Results The perceived fatigue,cognitive fatigue,emotional fatigue,behavioral fatigue and RPFS total scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before removing the manometer were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of hypotension in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis under low-temperature dialysis mode can effectively improve the fatigue status of patients,such as perception and behavior,help stabilize blood pressure during dialysis,and reduce the incidence rate of hemodialysis-related hypotension.
