摘　　要：目的探讨协同心理护理对恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后护理满意度与心理弹性及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年6月至2019年12月在我院接受化疗的恶性淋巴瘤患者56例作为研究对象,将患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组应用协同心理护理,对比两组患者护理满意度、心理弹性及生活质量。结果观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者心理弹性水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后应用协同心理护理具有显著效果,对改善患者心理弹性水平和生活质量具有积极意义,进而提高了患者对护理服务的满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of coordinated psychological nursing on nursing satisfaction,psychological resilience and quality of life of patients with malignant lymphoma after receiving chemotherapy.Methods To select 56 cases of patients with malignant lymphoma who received chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 as the study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given coordinated psychological nursing to compare the nursing satisfaction,psychological resilience and quality of life of the patients in the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the psychological resilience level of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of collaborative psychological nursing in patients with malignant lymphoma after receiving chemotherapy had a significant effect,which had a positive significance for improving the psychological resilience and quality of life of the patients,thereby increasing the satisfaction of the patients with nursing services.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
