摘　　要：目的探究互动达标护理模式对原发性甲状腺功能亢进症(PHPT)患者术后自我管理效能及血钙水平的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2019年7月就诊于我院的80例PHPT患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予互动达标护理。于护理1个月后比较两组的自我管理效能(SUPPH)评分、血钙水平和甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平。结果护理1个月后,研究组自我管理效能评分、血钙水平、甲状旁腺激素水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互动达标护理模式可提高PHPT患者术后自我管理效能,降低血钙水平,改善PTH水平,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of interactive standard-reaching nursing model on self-management efficacy and blood calcium level in primary hyperparathyroidism patients(PHPT).Methods To select 80 cases of PHPT patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given interactive standard-reaching nursing on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of nursing,the strategies used by people to promote health(SUPPH)score,blood calcium level and parathyroid hormone(PTH)level of the two groups were compared.Results After one month of nursing,the SUPPH score,blood calcium level and PTH level in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The interactive standard-reaching standard nursing model can improve postoperative self-management efficiency of PHPT patients,reduce blood calcium levels,and improve PTH levels,which was worth popularizing and applying.
