摘　　要：目的探讨手术室量化评估干预对鼻内镜下鼻窦开放术患者术后康复及应激反应的影响。方法选取2019年1-10月就诊于我院的鼻内镜下鼻窦开放术患者60例,将其按随机数字表法等分对照组和研究组。对照组实行常规护理,研究组实行手术室量化评估干预。比较两组患者的术后康复情况、应激反应。结果研究组的首次下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6 h,两组心率、舒张压、收缩压水平均高于手术前,但研究组心率、舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室量化评估干预有利于促进鼻内镜下鼻窦开放术患者术后康复,降低应激反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of quantitative assessment intervention in operating room on postoperative rehabilitation and stress response of patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods To select 60 cases of patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from January to October 2019,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to a random number table.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented quantitative assessment intervention in the operating room.The postoperative recovery and stress response of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The time of first getting out of bed and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On 6 hours after operation,the levels of heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure in the two groups were higher than those before operation,but the levels of heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quantitative assessment intervention in the operating room was beneficial to promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery and reduce the stress response.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
