摘　　要：目的探讨多维度系统化健康教育配合家庭情绪干预对银屑病患者遵医行为的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月我院皮肤科收治的88例银屑病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规银屑病护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予多维度系统化健康教育配合家庭情绪干预,比较两组患者干预前后的遵医行为、心理状况以及生活质量。结果实施多维度系统化健康教育配合家庭情绪干预后,观察组的遵医行为各指标评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),心理状况评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),各项生活质量评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多维度系统化健康教育配合家庭情绪干预可显著提升银屑病患者的遵医行为,有效改善其心理状况,提高其心理健康水平和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional systemic health education coordinated with family emotional intervention on compliance behavior of patients with psoriasis.Methods To select 88 cases of patients with psoriasis admitted to our hospital’s dermatology department from October 2018 to October 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided them into an observation group and a control group by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention for psoriasis,and the observation group was given multi-dimensional systemic health education coordinated with family emotional intervention on this basis.The patients’compliance behavior,psychological status and quality of life in the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of all indicators of compliance behavior in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the score of psychological status was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-dimensional systematic health education coordinated with family emotional intervention can significantly improve the compliance behavior of patients with psoriasis,effectively improve their psychological status,and improve their mental health and quality of life.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
