摘　　要：18~19世纪英国农业生产关系的变革适应了农业生产力的发展需求,英国农业资本主义得到快速发展,这是英国率先完成工业化,并成为世界第一个现代化国家的重要原因。近代英国农业雇工与农场雇主之间经历了从传统乡村社会的友好合作到自发性的个体暴力斗争,而后到有组织性的阶级斗争的社会生产关系变革过程,从中可以发现农业雇佣关系逐步取代传统乡村社会中友好合作的社会生产关系、农业雇工和农场雇主队伍从自在阶级向自为阶级转变的社会发展规律。通过此研究以期能够对近代英国农业资本主义发展和现代化社会转型研究提供参考。The change of agricultural relations of production in England from the 18th to the 19th century adapted to the development needs of agricultural productive forces so that agricultural capitalism developed rapidly in England,which is an important reason why Britain took the lead in realizing industrialization and thus became the first modern country in the world.In modern times,Britain experienced the transformation of social production relations,in which the relationship between agricultural workers and farm employers changed from the friendly cooperation in the traditional rural society to the spontaneous individual violent struggle,and to organized class struggle,from which we can find both the social relations of production that the agricultural employment relation gradually replaced the friendly cooperation in traditional rural society and the law of social development that agricultural workers and farm employers change themselves from in-it class to for-it one.This paper is aimed to provide a reference for the research on the development of modern British agricultural capitalism and the transformation of British society to modern society.
