摘 要:使用基于改进七步法的本体构建方法表达采煤机创新设计知识,按照各种知识在各阶段支撑作用的差异性,划分创新设计知识类别,提取关键术语,定义类和类的属性约束,构建采煤机创新设计知识本体。在本体模型基础上,研究知识检索方法,开发知识库系统,实现采煤机创新设计知识表达、迁移、同用与再利用。以采煤机牵引机构结构改进设计为例,验证了该方法有效可靠。Using the ontology construction method based on the improved seven-step method to express the shearer innovative design knowledge. According to the difference in the supporting role of various knowledge in each stage, divide the knowledge category of innovative design, extract key terms, define the category and attribute constraints of category, and construct the knowledge ontology of innovative design of shearer. On the basis of ontology model, research knowledge retrieval method, develop knowledge base system, realize the expression, transfer, co-use and reuse of knowledge of shearer innovative design. Taking the improved design of the shearer traction mechanism as an example, the method is verified to be effective and reliable.
