摘 要:对波音777货机模拟装载可视化系统进行了研究,利用该系统能够通过人机交互界面操纵虚拟控制面板模拟集装器装载过程,并以可视化的形式直观显示装载进程以及相关装载信息。系统所需模型组件使用CATIA进行绘制,并在3D MAX中进行渲染,最后在Unity 3D平台中借助C#语言进行系统的集成。从可视化系统的仿真对象、系统的总体方案设计、可视化界面设计几个方面进行了研究。验证结果显示货机模拟装载可视化系统有助于操作人员熟悉货舱结构和装载流程,能够为培训货机装载人员提供帮助。The Boeing 777 freighter simulation loading visualization system was studied.Using this system,the virtual control panel can be manipulated through the human-computer interface to simulate the loading process of the container,and the loading process and related loading information can be visually displayed in a visual form.The required model components of the system are drawn using CATIA,rendered in 3 D MAX,and finally integrated in the Unity 3 Dplatform with the help of the C#language.From the simulation object of the visualization system,the overall scheme design of the system,and the visual interface design,several aspects have been studied.The verification results show that the freighter simulated loading visualization system helps the operator to become familiar with the cargo hold structure and loading process,and can provide assistance for training the freighter loading personnel.
