摘 要:回转机构用于驱动大型矿用液压挖掘机上车部分进行回转运动,工作频繁,其启动、制动和运转过程对整机的工作效率有着重要的影响。分析比较了用于控制大型矿用液压挖掘机回转机构的两种液压系统,即开式回转液压系统和闭式回转液压系统,并通过ITI-SimulationX仿真软件对两种液压系统进行了建模仿真。通过分析比较开、闭式回转液压系统工作机理及泵/马达功率图谱发现:开式回转液压系统存在着节流损失和溢流损失;而闭式回转液压系统则消除了节流损失和溢流损失,减少了系统发热,并提高了液压系统的效率。The slewing mechanism is used to drive the upper limb of the large mining hydraulic excavator to carry out the slewing motion, and the work is frequent. Its starting, braking and running processes have an important impact on the working efficiency of the whole machine. The two hydraulic systems(open and closed rotary hydraulic systems) that control the slewing mechanism of large-scale hydraulic excavators are analyzed and compared, and the two hydraulic systems are modeled and simulated using ITI-SimulationX simulation software. Through the analysis and comparison of the working mechanism of the open-close rotary hydraulic system and the pump/motor power map, it is found that there are throttle loss and overflow loss in the open rotary hydraulic system. The closed-slewing hydraulic system eliminates throttling loss and overflow loss, reduces system heating, and improves the efficiency of the hydraulic system.
