摘  要:为保证汽车高速行驶时车轮动态平衡,需要做动平衡试验。采用动平衡机为车轮做动平衡试验时,需要测量并输入三个参数,即轮辋边缘至动平衡机箱体侧面的距离A、轮辋直径D以及轮辋宽度B。手动测量的传统方法效率低、精度差。现对测量A、D值的内部量尺和测量B值的外部量尺分别进行了创新设计,提出了A、D、B三个参数智能测量的详细方案。采用直线光栅配合圆光栅自动测量A值和D值,采用高精度圆光栅自动检测尺臂转角,经计算后获得轮辋宽度B值。所设计的内外量尺占用空间小,测量精度高,操作方便快捷。In order to ensure the dynamic balance of the wheels when the car is driving at high speed,a dynamic balance test is required.When the dynamic balancing machine is used for the dynamic balancing test of the wheel,three parameters need to be measured and input——the distance A from the rim edge to the side of the dynamic balancing case body,the rim diameter D and the rim width B.The traditional method of manual measurement is low in efficiency and accuracy.In this article,the innovative design of the internal scale for measuring A and D values and the external scale for measuring B values are carried out respectively,and the detailed schemes of intelligent measurement of A,D and B parameters are proposed.The linear grating and the circular grating are used to measure A value and D value automatically,and the high-precision circular grating is used to detect the angle of the ruler arm automatically,and the rim width B value is obtained after calculation.The designed internal and external measuring ruler structure occupies a small space,high measurement accuracy,and convenient and quick operation.
