摘 要:简要论述了国内矿井巷道掘进临时支护技术的进展,分析了综掘机载式临时支护装置的主要构造、运行原理,将ZLJ-20机载式临时支护装置首次应用于红柳林煤矿北二盘区3-1煤回风巷煤巷掘进。应用表明:该装置能够显著提高锚护工作空间的安全,提升巷道的掘锚速度,实现了掘锚一体自动化作业,减少了人力劳动强度,简化了操作工序流程,可为今后类似工程施工提供参考。This article briefly discusses the progress of domestic temporary tunneling support technology for mine tunnels, and analyzes the main structure and operating principle of the boring machine onboard temporary support device. The ZLJ-20 airborne temporary support device was used for the first time in the coal roadway excavation of 3-1 coal return air lane in the North Second Pan District of Hongliulin Coal Mine. The application shows that the device can significantly improve the safety of the anchor protection work space, increase the speed of tunnel excavation and anchoring, realize the integrated automated operation of excavation and anchoring, reduce the labor intensity of labor, simplify the operation process flow, and provide a reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
