摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)联合游离髂腹股沟皮瓣修复治疗热压伤的效果。方法选取60例热压伤患者,对其予以VSD联合游离髂腹股沟皮瓣修复方式进行治疗。观察患者的皮瓣存活情况、临床满意度及并发症发生情况。结果57例患者的皮瓣全部成活,成活率为95.00%。满意45例,一般满意12例,不满意3例,总满意度为95.00%(57/60)。有3例患者出现伤口感染,并发症发生率为5.00%,经过二次治疗后恢复。结论VSD联合游离髂腹股沟皮瓣修复治疗热压伤临床效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technique combined with free groin flap repair for the treatment of hot crush injury.Methods A total of 60 patients with hot crush injury all treated by VSD combined with free groin flap repair.The flap survival and clinical satisfaction of patients and occurrence of complications were observed.Results All the flaps of 57 patients survived,and the survival rate was 95.00%.45 cases were satisfied,12 cases were generally satisfied,3 cases were dissatisfied,and the total satisfaction rate was 95.00%(57/60).3 patients developed wound infection,the incidence rate was 5.00%,and recovered after the second treatment.Conclusion VSD combined with free groin flap repair shows remarkable clinical effect for the treatment of hot crush injury,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
