摘  要:目的分析大学生生命健康教育现状,为开展针对性的生命健康教育提供对策依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法抽取北京3所大学的大一、大二、大三、大四年级学生为调查对象。采用生命态度剖面图量表(LAPS)进行调查。通过SPSS 22.0进行统计学分析。结果 842名大学生中,LAPS总分为(139.93±7.33)分,处于中等水平。生命态度总分在性别、年级、是否独生子女、家庭情况上差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);不同家庭情况中,完整家庭的大学生意义意志、生命态度总分最高。多元线性回归分析显示,大学生生命态度受到性别(95%CI:-3.398^-1.74)、年级为大一(95%CI:-3.48^-1.13)、年级为大二(95%CI:-3.376^-1.054)、年级为大四(95%CI:-2.476^-0.152)、是独生子女(95%CI:-3.515^-1.819)、是单亲家庭(95%CI:-3.451^-0.34)、是寄养家庭(95%CI:-4.343~0.044)的影响(P<0.05);而接受过生命健康教育(95%CI:3.389~5.123)、参加过生命体验(95%CI:3.208~5.317)、接受过生存训练(95%CI:5.35~7.524)可以正向预测大学生生命态度(P <0.05)。结论大学生生命态度受多因素影响,呈现多元化态势,生命健康教育应从高校、家庭、社会、个人等多方面着手,培育大学生正向的生命态度。Objective To analyze the current status of life and health education for college students,and provides countermeasures for further development of targeted life and health education.Methods The stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select freshmen,sophomores,juniors and seniors from three universities Beijing Province as the survey objects.Surveys were performed using the Life Attitude Profile Scale(LAPS).Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 22.0.Results The total LAPS score of 842 college students is(139.93±7.33) points,which is at a medium level.There are significant differences in the total score of life attitude in gender,grade,only child or not and family situation(P <0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that college students’ life attitude was influenced by gender(95%CI:-3.398--1.74),grade one(95% CI:-3.48--1.13),grade two(95% CI:-3.376--1.054),grade four(95% CI:-2.476--0.152),only child(95% CI:-3.515--1.819),single parent family(95% CI:-3.451--0.34),foster family(95% CI:-4.343-0.044)(P <0.05);while having received life health education(95% CI:3.208-5.317),participated in life experience(95% CI:3.208-5.317),and received survival training(95% CI:5.35-7.524) can positively predict the life of college students Attitude(P <0.05).Conclusion The college students is affected by multiple factors and presents a diversified trend.Life health education should start from various aspects such as colleges,families,society,and individuals to cultivate college students’ positive attitudes towards life.
