摘　　要：目的了解黑龙江省水痘报告病例流行病学特点,为本省水痘预防控制措施的制定提供依据。方法数据获取自疾病监测信息报告管理系统,并对其进行流行病学分析。结果黑龙江省于2006—2019年间共报告水痘病例105398例。平均发病率为19.72/10万。结论应提高对痘疫苗接种率,并加强对水痘爆发疫情的监测。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics for varicella in Heilongjiang Province,in order to provide a basis in control of varicella.Methods The data were collected from Disease Surveillance Information Reporting System,which were analyzed with epidemiological characteristics.Results A total of 105398 varicella cases were reported,the average annual incidence of varicella was 19.72/100000 in 2006 to 2019.Conclusion It is important to improve the coverage rate of the varicella vaccine for population at high risk and to strengthen surveillance of the outbreak.
