老年人失能的评估与照护需求

摘　　要：目的对老年人进行失能程度的评估,并观察失能老年人相应的照护需求。方法选择2017年9月—2018年12月期间大庆市龙南社区100例老年人作为评估对象,使用望、闻、问、测等方法对老年人日常生活活动能力、精神状态、感知觉与沟通、社会参与等指标,在综合能力评估表上进行评估打分并判定结果。结果100例失能老年人大部分都为中重度失能,达到了85%。进食、洗漱、更衣、口腔、皮肤及排泄护理、移动安全照护这些日常生活的照护需求居多,达到了70%以上。结论通过对老年人失能的评估,分析老年人不同的失能问题及照护需求,以便为有特殊困难的老人申请社会及政策援助,为老年人提供相适应的医疗、康复、护理、风险干预以及善后等方面的服务,满足失能老年人的照护需求,进一步完善了优质的照护服务,从而提高了失能老年人的生存质量。Objective To evaluate the degree of disability of the elderly and observe the corresponding needs of disabled elderly.Methods Selecting 100 elderly patients in the hospital from Sep.2017 to Dec.2018 as the evaluation objects.Using the methods of seeing,hearing,asking and testing to access daily life active ability,metal state,sensory perception and communication,social participation and other indicators of the elderly.The scores were got and the results were determined.Results By assessing the different degree of disability of the elderly the importance of care needs after disability were observed.Conclusion According to the disability of the elderly in physical,cognitive,social and other asfects of the impiementation of care needs,improve the quality of the life of the disabled elderly.
