自制移动式利器盒在治疗准备室的应用

摘　　要：目的通过改良治疗准备室的利器盒,改变利器盒单一的固定摆放功能,向灵活放置使用发展,提高护理人员投放损伤性医疗废物的依从性,进而促使损伤性医疗废物从被动管理变为自觉规范使用。方法观察治疗准备室利器盒的摆放位置、护士的使用状况,查找利器盒应用中存在的安全隐患,进而改变利器盒的位置,自制移动式利器盒,在治疗准备室推广应用。结果在治疗准备室使用移动式利器盒前、后护理人员的满意度从63.33%上升至100%。结论自制移动式利器盒在治疗准备室的应用中突显了其便捷性、灵活性、多功能性等优点,减少锐器损伤的机率,降低了锐器对护理人员的职业伤害。同时,规范了损伤性医疗废物的管理,大大提高了护理人员的满意度。Objective To improve the compliance of nursing staff to release injurious medical waste,and then promote the passive management of injurious medical waste to the standard of conscious use.Methods Observing the position of the sharp weapon box in the treatment preparation room,to find out the safety hidden trouble in the application of the sharp weapon box,and then to change the position of the sharp weapon box.Results The satisfaction of nursing staff before and after using the mobile sharp box in the treatment preparation room increased from 63.33%to 100%.Conclusion The application of self-made mobile sharp weapon box in treatment preparation room has highlighted its convenience,flexibility and multi-function and other advantages,reduce the probability of sharp instrument damage,reduce the sharp instrument to nursing staff occupational injury.At the same time,it not only regulates the management of injurious medical waste,but also greatly improves the satisfaction of nursing staff.
