摘 要:为探究贵州省不同地区、养殖方式、温度和海拔对H5亚型禽流感病毒(Avian influenza virus,AIV)、H7亚型AIV和新城疫病毒(Newcastle disease virus,NDV)免疫抗体阳性率的影响,采用血凝抑制试验对2015—2018年本实验室收集的贵州省各市(州)294个养殖场的鸡血清(共计11017份)进行上述疫病的免疫抗体检测,并对检测结果使用易侕统计软件(www.empowerstats.com)和R语言进行单因素和多因素分析。统计结果显示,H5,H7亚型AIV和NDV的免疫抗体阳性率分别为84.80%,64.95%和90.48%。单因素分析结果显示,H5,H7亚型AIV免疫抗体阳性率在贵州省的不同地区中差异均极显著(P<0.01);不同养殖方式对H5亚型AIV的免疫效果影响差异显著(P<0.05);不同温度对H5亚型AIV的免疫效果影响差异极显著(P<0.01);不同海拔对H5,H7亚型AIV和NDV的免疫效果影响不显著(P>0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,综合考虑不同地区、养殖方式、温度和海拔4个因素对H5,H7亚型AIV和NDV免疫抗体阳性率的影响,只有H5亚型AIV的免疫效果受到显著影响(P<0.05)。结果表明,贵州省H5亚型AIV和NDV的免疫抗体阳性率均达到国家农业部动物疫病监测合格要求;贵州省不同地区H5和H7亚型AIV免疫抗体阳性率存在极显著差异;不同养殖方式和温度对H5亚型AIV的免疫效果影响差异均显著;贵州省的平均海拔条件有利于H7亚型AIV和NDV的免疫防控。本研究为贵州省H5,H7亚型AIV和NDV疫苗合理免疫程序的制定提供一定的理论依据。To explore the effects of different regions,culture methods,temperatures and altitudes in Guizhou Province on the positive rates of H5 subtype avian influenza virus(AIV),H7 subtype avian influenza virus(AIV)and Newcastle disease virus(NDV),the hemagglutination inhibition test was used.Between 2015 and 2018,the chicken serum(total 11017)collected from 294 farms in each city(state)of Guizhou province was tested for immune antibodies of the above-mentioned diseases,and the test results were collected using the statistical software(www.empowerstats.com)and R language for univariate and multivariate analysis.The results showed that the positive rates of immune antibodies against H5 and H7 subtypes AIV and NDV were 84.80%,64.95%and90.48%,respectively.Univariate analysis showed that the positive rates of AIV immune antibodies in H5 and H7 subtypes were significantly different in different regions of Guizhou Province(P<0.01);the effect of different culture methods on the immune effect of H5 subtype AIV was significant(P<0.05);the effect of different temperature on the immune effect of H5 subtype AIV was extremely significant(P<0.01);the effect of different altitude on the immune effect of H5,H7 subtype AIV and NDV was not significant(P>0.05).Based on multi-factor analysis:on effects of four factors,namely,different regions,culture methods,temperature and altitude on the positive rates of H5 and H7 subtypes AIV and NDV,and the results showed that only the immune effect on H5 subtype AIV was significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of AIV and NDV of H5 subtypes in Guizhou Province have reached the requirements of animal disease surveillance in the Ministry of Agriculture;the positive rates of AIV immune antibodies in H5 and H7 subtypes in different regions of Guizhou Province are extremely different;the effects of different culture methods and temperatures on H5 subtype AIV were significant;the average altitude conditions in Guizhou Province were beneficial to the immune control of H7 subtype AIV and NDV.This study provides
