橘核、荔枝核、沉香粉治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱--仝小林三味小方撷萃

摘　　要：糖尿病神经源性膀胱(DNB)是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一。仝小林院士认为,糖尿病神经源性膀胱主要病机为肾阳亏虚,气滞、湿热、瘀血等蕴结膀胱,膀胱气化不利,治疗上行气、利水、祛瘀三方兼顾,重在行气。橘核、荔枝核、沉香粉是治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱行气的常用药对,橘核、荔枝核入肝经,长于理气通络,沉香粉疏膀胱郁气。夹瘀配伍琥珀粉、生大黄散瘀止血,利水通淋,无论寒热虚实,皆可作为基础之药。常用剂量橘核为15~30 g,荔枝核为15~30 g,沉香粉为1~3 g分冲。Diabetic neurogenic bladder(DNB)is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes.Academician TONG Xiaolin believes that the main pathogenesis of diabetic neurogenic bladder is kidney yang deficiency,stagnation,dampness,heat and blood stasis.Gasification is unfavorable,and the treatment of ascending qi,diuresis,and stasis-relieving treatment should be taken into consideration,with emphasis on qi.Citri Reticulatae Semen,Litchi Semen,Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum powder are commonly used to treat diabetic neurogenic bladder in regulating qi.Citri Reticulatae Semen and Litchi Semen enter the liver meridian,which is better than regulating qi and dredge meridians.With stasis syndrome is compatible with amber powder,raw rhubarb to treat stasis and bleeding.The usual dosage of Citri Reticulatae Semen is 15-30 g,Litchi Semen 15-30 g,and Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum powder 1-3 g.
