仝小林教授辨治过敏性鼻炎思路

摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎根本病机是脏腑虚衰,外邪侵害头面,经络壅塞。仝小林教授认为肺气虚弱、脾胃受损、肝胆郁热是引起本病发作的重要因素,提出了鼻黏膜外感理论,治疗上发作期以芳香及利水通经、宣通鼻窍、温肺化饮、活血通络外用,缓解期以补益肺、脾、肾为原则。The underlying pathogenesis of allergic rhzinitis is the deficiency and debilitation of viscera,the invasion of the head and face by the external pathogenic factors and congestion of meridians and collaterals.Professor TONG Xiaolin believes that lung qi deficiency,spleen and stomach damage,and stagnant heat in the liver and gallbladder are all important factors in the onset of disease.Professor TONG proposed the theory of nasal mucosa diseases caused by exopathogen.In the treatment,the attack period to aromatic and removing obstruction in collaterals for diuresis,Xuan Tong nose,warming lung for resolving fluid retention,promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals of Chinese materia medica for external use;remitting stage of allergic rhinitis to tonify the lung,spleen,kidney is the principle of treatment.
