摘　　要：裴晓华认为乳腺癌内分泌治疗后肾之阴阳平衡失调,累及心、肺、肝、脾脏。基于五脏相关理论分析乳腺癌内分泌治疗后类更年期综合征的病因病机,以从肾论治为基本原则,以心肾相关、肺肾相关、肝肾相关、脾肾相关为诊治思路,以此为基点,结合疾病不同阶段加减用药,调和五脏阴阳。Professor PEI Xiaohua believes that the first victim of endocrine therapy for breast cancer is the kidney,the imbalance of the yin and yang,involving the heart,the lungs,the liver,the spleen.The etiology and pathogenesis of postmenopausal syndrome treated with endocrine therapy in breast cancer were studied based on the theory of five viscera.It is considered that the treatment from kidney is the basic principle,and the diagnosis and treatment of heart-kidney correlation,lung-kidney correlation,liver-kidney correlation and spleen-kidney correlation are further put forward.Taking this as the base point,combined with different stages of disease plus or minus medication,to adjust the five viscera yin and yang.
