消痞启膈汤联合耳穴压豆治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫

摘　　要：目的观察消痞启膈汤联合耳穴压豆治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法 将150例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为5组。空白对照组仅予基础治疗,药物对照组给予常规西药(盐酸伊托必利)治疗,中药汤剂治疗组予消痞启膈汤治疗,耳穴治疗组予耳穴压豆治疗,联合治疗组予消痞启膈汤及耳穴压豆治疗,以4周为疗程,观察治疗前后中医临床证候积分、胃半排空时间的变化,对比各组的治疗总有效率。结果治疗后5组的症状皆较治疗前有所改善,且联合治疗组总有效率(92.3%,24/26)明显高于空白对照组(45.2%,14/31)、药物对照组(63.6%,21/33)、中药汤剂治疗组(75.0%,21/28)、耳穴治疗组(71.9%,23/32)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后5组中医证候积分及胃半排空时间皆降低,且联合治疗组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消痞启膈汤联合耳穴压豆治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫具有显著的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaopi Qige decoction combined with ear point pressing on beans on diabetic gastroparesis.Methods 150 diabetic gastroparesis patients were randomly divided into 5 groups.The blank control group was only given basic treatment,while the drug control group was given conventional western medicine(itopril hydrochloride),Chinese medicine decoction treatment group was given Xiaopi Qige decoction,ear acupoint treatment group was given ear acupoint pressing beans,and the combined treatment group was given Xiaopi Qige decoction and ear acupoint pressing beans treatment.The treatment course was 4 weeks.The changes of clinical symptom score and gastric half emptying time were compared with the total effective rate of each group.Results After treatment,the symptoms of the five groups were improved,and the total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 92.3%,which was significantly higher than 45.2%of the blank control group,63.6%of the drug control group,75.0%of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction treatment group and 71.9%of the ear acupoint treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and the time of gastric half emptying in the five groups decreased after treatment,and the improvement in the combined treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaopi Qige decoction combined with ear acupoint pressing beans has a significant effect on diabetic gastroparesis.
