六味地黄丸联合塞来昔布对改善前交叉韧带损伤患者膝关节功能的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨六味地黄丸联合塞来昔布对改善前交叉韧带损伤患者膝关节功能的临床效果。方法选取交叉韧带损伤患者100例,分为观察组与对照组,各50例。2组均予前交叉韧带重建和术后康复训练,对照组术后予塞来昔布治疗,观察组术后予六味地黄丸联合塞来昔布治疗,分析2组治疗后的临床效果。结果术后1、3、6个月,观察组健、患侧大腿围度差低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组HSS评分、Lysholm评分及IKDC主观评分(打软腿、主观功能、总分)高于对照组,IKDC主观评分(疼痛、肿胀、交锁、活动程度)与对照组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论六味地黄丸联合塞来昔布可改善患者膝关节功能,减少健、患侧大腿围度差。Objective To study the effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with celecoxib on knee joint function in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury.Methods 100 patients with cruciate ligament injury were selected and divided into 2 groups.The two groups were given anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and postoperative rehabilitation training,the control group was treated with celecoxib after operation,and the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang pills combined with celecoxib after operation to analyze the effect of treatment in the two groups.Results 1,3,and 6 months after operation,the difference of circumference of healthy and affected thigh in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).the HSS score,Lysholm score and IKDC subjective score(soft leg playing,subjective function,total score)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 6 months after operation.the difference was not statistically significant IKDC the subjective score(pain,swelling,interlocking,degree of activity)compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with celecoxib can improve knee joint function and reduce the poor circumference of healthy and affected thigh.
