摘  要:楔形钢板箍-钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆加固技术(SPSP)是一种新型组合加固技术,具有绿色、环保、施工方便及应用面广的优点。本文以斜拉钢绞线网布置间距为参数,采用SPSP技术对2个震损柱进行加固,通过拟静力试验研究SPSP技术对震损柱的加固效果,并分析斜拉钢绞线布置间距对抗震性能的影响。研究结果表明:与预损伤柱相比,通过SPSP技术加固严重损伤的RC柱后,其承载力基本接近,耗能能力减少3%~15%,但延性提高17.6%~23.5%;与斜拉钢绞线布置间距为80 mm损伤柱相比,布置间距为40 mm的柱承载力提高了7.5%,延性提高2.4%,各个阶段耗能提高了11%~13%。这说明钢绞线网布置间距小、钢筋绞线网更密,对裂缝的控制范围更大,抗震性能中的各个指标更优。Wedge steel plate hoop-steel wire mesh-polymer mortar reinforcement technology( SPSP) is a new technique of structural strengthening with the advantages of green,environmental protection,convenient construction and wide application. In this paper,two damaged columns are strengthened by SPSP technology with the layout spacing of cable-stayed steel wire mesh as the parameter.Through the quasi-static test,the reinforcement effect of SPSP technology on the damaged columns is studied,and the influence of the layout spacing of cable-stayed steel wire mesh on the seismic performance is also studied.The results show that: compared with the pre damaged columns,the bearing capacity of RC columns strengthened by SPSP technology is almost the same,the energy consumption capacity is reduced by 3% ~ 15%,but the ductility is increased by 17. 6% ~ 23. 5%;compared with the damaged columns arranged with 80 mm cable-stayed steel wire mesh,the bearing capacity of columns arranged with 40 mm spacing is increased by 7. 5%,the ductility is increased by 2. 4%,and the energy consumption of each stage is increased by 11% ~ 13%,which shows that the arrangement space of steel wire mesh is small,the reinforced steel wire mesh is more dense,the control range of cracks is larger,and the indexes of seismic performance are better.
