摘　　要：蜈蚣作为临床常用动物类中药应用历史悠久。本文对蜈蚣的本草考证包括名称、产地、基原、捕捉期、炮制5方面和蜈蚣及其组方在皮肤科、神经内科、肿瘤科、男科、呼吸科、骨科等各科的临床应用进行综述,以期为蜈蚣的进一步研究及临床应用提供思路和参考。Scolopendra has a long history of application as a commonly used animal traditional Chinese medicine in clinic. This paper reviews the textual research of Scolopendra in terms of its name, producing area, origin, capture period, processing, as well as application of Scolopendra and its formula in dermatology, neurology, oncology, andrology, respiratory, orthopedics and other departments, in order to provide basis and reference for further research and clinical application of Scolopendra.
