摘　　要：文章介绍了一种溶解氧测定仪自动校准装置,主要解决了传统溶解氧测定仪校准效率低、稳定性差和准确度低的问题。该装置由硬件和软件两部分组成:硬件部分以高精度恒温水浴装置作为主标准器,内置配套鼓泡装置和大气压检测装置;软件部分包括自动测量控制、图像自动识别、数据自动采集、结果自动计算等,可实现溶解氧测定仪的全自动校准,并能自动生成原始记录和证书报告。该装置能够同时满足电化学探头法和荧光法溶解氧测定仪的检定要求,实现多功能校验。This paper introduces an automatic calibration device for dissolved oxygen meter, which mainly solves the problems of low calibration efficiency, poor stability and low accuracy of traditional dissolved oxygen meter. The device is composed of hardware and software. In the hardware part, the high-precision constant temperature water bath device is used as the main standard device, and is equipped with built-in matching bubbling device and atmospheric pressure detection device. The software part includes automatic measurement control, automatic image recognition, automatic data acquisition and automatic calculation of results, etc., which can realize the full-automatic calibration of the dissolved oxygen meter and automatically generate the original records and certificate presentation. The device can meet the verification requirements of both electrochemical probe method and fluorescence dissolved oxygen meter, thus realizing multi-functional verification.
