摘  要:针对车村煤矿一号井副斜井井筒暗槽施工过程中井筒发生不均匀沉降、顶板开裂的问题,对井筒遇到的饱和粘土破坏机理进行了分析。根据现场施工情况提出了钢轨混凝土桩帷幕、小管棚超前支护、片石混凝土置换加固的综合施工方案,并对地面沉降和井筒收敛进行了监测。实施结果表明:采用钢轨混凝土桩帷幕可以有效的控制饱和粘土进一步涌入井筒内,消除了对井筒掘进的灾害影响;采用小管棚和片石混凝土置换加固方案确保了巷道的顺利掘进和巷道的稳定,保证了安全和质量,为今后同类型工程地质条件的施工提供了实践经验。In view of the uneven settlement and roof cracking in the construction of the underground slot of the auxiliary inclined shaft of Checun No.1 Coal Mine,the failure mechanism of saturated silt in the shaft is analyzed.According to the field construction,the construction schemes of rail concrete pile curtain,small shed advance support,rubble concrete replacement and reinforcement,short shaft excavation and short support are put forward,and the ground settlement and shaft floor settlement are monitored.The monitoring results show that the use of rail concrete pile curtain can control the further influx of saturated silt into the shaft and eliminate the disaster impact on the shaft driving.The scheme of small shed and rubble concrete replacement and reinforcement is adopted to ensure the smooth driving and stability of the roadway,the safety and quality,and the practical experience for the construction of the same type of engineering geological conditions in the future is provided.
