摘 要:针对开滦矿区深部软岩存在地应力高、构造复杂、围岩软碎、水解软化快的典型特征,通过地应力实测、岩性强度测试、微观成分测试、数值模拟等手段,查明了围岩弱化物理机制和支护失稳力学机制,通过对分次锚杆、分次注浆和卸压槽的技术优化,形成了多层锚杆、分次注浆和底角卸压强化为一体的支护技术,摸索了以表面收敛测试为节点的动态施工工法,在开滦各矿的工程应用表明,巷道表面收敛在150mm以内,锚杆承载效能发挥50%~80%,为强水化高应力软岩巷道的稳定支护提供了新方法。In view of the typical characteristics of deep soft rock in Kailuan mining area,such as high ground stress,complex structure,soft-broken surrounding rock and quick weakening after absorbing water,the physical and mechanical mechanisms of surrounding rock weakening are found out with in-situ stress measurement,lithologic strength test,microscopic composition test,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,support technology of high density anchor rod,hierarchical grouting and pressure relief strengthening is formed by the technical optimization of graded anchor rod,graded grouting and pressure relief trough,the dynamic construction method based on the surface convergence test is explored.The application results show that the roadway surface convergence is within 150 mm,the bearing performance of the anchor rod is 50%~80%,and a new support method is provided for the high-stress rock roadway in water-weaken soft rock.
