摘 要:西安地区高层建筑多采用桩基础或CFG桩复合地基,而在渭河阶地某些区域,存在工程性能良好的较厚密实砂层。结合一栋100m高层框筒结构,通过地基基础方案分析比选、原位静载试验、地基承载力确定、软弱下卧层验算、地基基础变形验算,采取调整基础筏板外挑尺寸、合理划分筏板沉降后浇带,使建筑物重心和筏板基础平面的形心基本重合等工程措施,并对结构封顶后两年间的沉降观测数据分析得出,高层框筒结构以细砂层作为天然地基是可行的。Foundations of pile or CFG pile composite foundations for high-rise buildings are used widely in Xi’an.In some areas of the Weihe terraces,there are thick dense sand layers with good engineering performance.In this paper,a 100 m building with frame tube structure is introduced.The foundation scheme analysis,in-situ static load test,determination of foundation bearing capacity,calculation of weak underlayer,calculation of foundation deformation are conducted,the measures such as adjusting the size of the external raft of the foundation raft,rationally dividing the post-settling zone of the raft,and making the center of gravity of the building and the centroid of the raft foundation plane basically coincide are adopted.Combining with the analysis of the settlement observation data during the two years after the structure is capped,feasibility of the scheme for high-rise frame-tube structure using fine sand layer as natural foundation is proved.
