摘 要:我国薄煤层资源丰富,随着厚与中厚煤层资源的不断开采,薄煤层开采成为必然选择。滚筒式采煤机因具有适应性强、性能稳定等优点,在薄煤层采煤中应用最为广泛。介绍了薄煤层滚筒式采煤机的发展现状,简要分析了国内外各主要厂家薄及较薄煤层采煤机机型的优缺点,指出矮机身大功率成为薄煤层采煤机的主要发展方向。给出了随着功率的不断加大,薄煤层采煤机在开发过程中所面临的关键技术问题,包括整机布置方式、高功率密度摇臂设计、高速高可靠牵引行走系统研究、紧凑型电控系统设计、装煤效果问题及拖缆问题,并分别给出了解决思路或建议。China is rich in thin seam resources.With the continuous mining of thick and medium-thick coal seam resources,thin coal seam mining has become an inevitable choice.Drum shearer is widely used in thin seam mining because of its strong adaptability and stable performance.The development status of thin coal seam drum shearer is introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of thin and thinner coal seam shearers of major manufacturers at home and abroad are briefly analyzed.It is pointed out that low-height and high-power are the main development direction of thin coal seam shearers.With the increasing power,the key technical problems faced by thin seam shearers in the development process are presented,including the layout of the whole shearer,the design of high power density rocking arm,the research of high speed and high reliability traction walking system,the design of compact electronic control system,the design of coal loading effect and the problem of towing cable,and the solutions are given respectively.
