摘　　要：目前人们的需求也从注重实用性向功能性转变,简约、自然、环保的功能性产品逐渐被消费者所重视。抑菌消臭类的毛巾主要采用后整理过程中添加抗菌除臭剂的方法制造,此方法工艺简单、成本低,但是存在抑菌除臭效果随着洗涤次数的增加而逐渐减退的现象。针对这个问题,文章介绍了一款抑菌消臭毛巾的产品开发过程,选用竹炭纤维/棉混纺纱为原料,使用环保浆料上浆,采用茶皂素前处理工序,可有效地保证竹炭纤维产品中不含有APEO等有害化学物质。选择松式预烘加进口气流烘干机烘干方式,使产品毛圈蓬松柔软。产品经权威机构检测表明,在竹炭纤维最低含量占比19%的情况下,吸附效果达到国家标准;当竹炭纤维占比65%以上,其吸附效果更佳,抑菌效果也会更加明显。At present,people’s needs have shifted from practicality to functionality.Simple,natural,and environmentally friendly functional products are gradually being valued by consumers.Bacteriostatic and deodorant towels are mainly manufactured by adding a bacteriostatic and deodorant agent in the finishing process,which has a simple process and low cost,but the functional effect will gradually decrease with the increase of washing times.In response to this problem,the paper introduces the product development process of a bacteriostatic and deodorizing towel.Bamboo charcoal fiber/cotton blended yarn is used as raw material,environmentally friendly sizing agent is used for sizing process,as well as tea saponin pretreatment process,all can effectively ensure bamboo charcoal fiber product does not contain harmful chemicals such as APEO.Choose the slack pre-drying process and imported air-flow dryer to make the looped pile fluffy and soft.According to an authoritative quality inspection agency,when the lowest content of bamboo charcoal fiber is 19%,the adsorption effect reaches the national standard;when bamboo charcoal fiber accounts for more than 65%,its adsorption effect is better,and the bacteriostatic effect is more obvious.
