低树脂高免烫整理工艺研究

摘　　要：文章研究了前处理工艺和潮交联工艺中面料树脂用量对面料免烫性和树脂含量的影响,结果表明,前处理采用两步退浆工艺,液氨整理车速40 m/min,可以提高面料免烫性,降低面料树脂含量;当树脂用量为200 g/L时,面料的免烫性能达到3.5级,面料树脂含量低于7%。The paper carried out research on the effect of resin content of fabric in the pretreatment process and moisture crosslinking on the easy-care property and resin content of the fabric.Results showed that the two-step desizing process within liquid ammonia finishing speed of 40 m/min in the pretreatment process can improve the easy-care property and reduce the resin content of the fabric.When the resin content is 200 g/L,the wash and wear performance of fabric can reach 3.5 level,and the resin content is lower than 7%.
