棉型织物的拒水拒油及易去污整理工艺探讨

摘　　要：文章基于拒水拒油及易去污整理在棉型织物中重要的应用意义,简述了棉型织物拒水拒油及易去污整理的原理及加工途径,通过生产实践探讨了加工中的要点和注意事项。通过AATCC系列标准对最终产品的性能进行评价,说明采用该工艺生产的棉型织物具有良好的拒水拒油及易去污性能,同时耐水洗效果良好。以生产实例为棉型拒水拒油及易去污产品的生产开发提供了一定指导。Based on the application of finishing technology of water repellency,oil resistance,and soil release for cotton fabrics,the paper introduces related principles and processing methods,and discusses the key points and cautions of the process through production practices.Meanwhile,the performance of the processed products is evaluated by the AATCC standard,indicating that the cotton fabric produced by this process has good performance in water repellency,oil resistance,and soil release,as well as water tolerance.Using production practices guides the production and development of related cotton fabrics.
