摘  要:根据微网保护与紧急控制的决策流程,分析了紧急控制策略表的生成。通过故障/扰动扫描,针对危及微网安全稳定性的待决策故障/扰动集,按照一定的规则制定或优选稳定控制策略,形成对应的策略表。通过参数收集、策略表生成,实现执行控制。最后以一个典型的微网为例,分析了主网故障、微网内部故障快速清除(功率越限)、微网内部故障未快速清除(功率越限)三种典型故障,进而生成了典型的紧急控制策略表。Based on the decision-making process of microgrid protection and emergency control,this paper analyzes the generation of emergency control strategy table.Through the fault/disturbance scanning,for the fault/disturbance set to be determined that threatens the security and stability of the microgrid,a stable control strategy is formulated or optimized according to certain rules to form a corresponding strategy table.Through parameter collection and strategy table generation,implementation control is realized.Finally,with a typical microgrid as an example,three typical faults of the main grid fault,the microgrid internal fault rapid clearing(power over-limit)and the microgrid internal fault being not cleared quickly(power over-limit)are analyzed.And then a typical emergency control strategy table is generated.
