配网“消改小”实施与小电阻接地方式的应用分析

摘　　要：分析了“消改小”实施过程中的设备选型、零序保护配置、零序CT安装、10 kV母线接地告警信号完善以及实施后小电阻接地系统的倒闸操作要求、日常运维要求等问题,并提出了具体的应对措施。The equipment selection,zero sequence protection configuration,zero sequence CT installation,improvement of 10 kV bus grounding alarm signal,switching operation requirements and daily operation and maintenance requirements of the small resistance grounding system after the implementation of the"Eliminate to small resistance grounding system"were introduced,and specific countermeasures were put forward.
