摘  要:安稳动作时,10 kV备自投因上级电源一致而使停电范围扩大。以电压电气量作为判别电源异同的依据,设计了同源闭锁条件,结合安稳切除故障时的电气反映情况和闭锁功能,完善了安稳动作情况下10 kV备自投的动作闭锁逻辑,有效提高了负荷侧供电可靠性并防止了安稳动作失败情况的发生。When the safety and stability system is in action,the 10 kV BATS expands the power outage range due to the consistency of superior power supply.This paper uses the electrical quantity as the basis for judging the similarities and differences of power sources,and designs the same-source blocking conditions.Combined with the electrical response and the blocking function of 10 kV BATS when the fault is safely removed,the blocking logic of 10 kV BATS under the action of the safety and stability system is improved.The reliability of the power supply on the load side is effectively improved,and the failure of the safety and stable system action is prevented.
