流通型龙头企业主导下果品产业链的整合与培育——基于桃产业的理论与实践

摘　　要：农业产业链整合能够进一步深化产业各环节分工,促进各环节专业化发展,进而推动农业现代化,加快实现由农业大国向农业强国转变。桃产业的实践表明,流通型龙头企业是产业链整合的主导者。消费需求是推动桃产业链整合的基础驱动力;价值链增值、交易成本降低、保障产业链条稳定是流通型龙头企业整合桃产业链的内在动力;市场环境和政策支持是流通型龙头企业整合桃产业链的外在动力。桃产业链整合的方式与模式,随着农业产业化发展而呈现整合方式的“市场交易-业务合作-战略联盟”、整合模式的“低级-高级”、“松散-紧密”和整合环节的“少-多-全”的不断升级发展的演化路径。本文根据桃产业链整合演化路径提出构建全产业链将是我国农业产业现代化发展的重要方向,并从构建步骤、产业链整合方式、组织机制、利益协调机制和风险保障机制等方面阐述培育全产业链的方案。The integration of agricultural industrial chain can promote agricultural moderniza-tion.The practice of peach industry shows that circulation leading enterprises are the leader of industrial chain integration.With the development of agricultural industrialization,the mode of peach industrial chain integration presents the evolution path of“market transaction-business cooperation-strategic alli-ance”,“low-level-high-level”,“loose-tight”and“less-more-full”which is a continuously updating integration mode.According to the evolution path of peach industrial chain integration,this paper puts forward that the construction of the whole industrial chain will be an important direction for the modern-ization of agricultural industry in China.Finally,according to the different stages of development and the development environment,this paper further probes into the different stages of development and the development environment.The application boundary of the theoretical analysis framework is discussed.
