摘　　要：本文立足于"三农"发展的现实情况,总结归纳了数字经济与农业农村经济融合发展的国外经验和中国特色典型实践模式。研究发现,数字经济与农业农村经济融合发展能多方位促进农业升级、农村进步和农民发展。具体而言,二者融合发展能优化要素合理配置、降低交易成本、创新金融服务模式、实现规模经济效应、有效缓解信息不对称等。但就我国发展现实格局而言,二者融合发展仍面临着数字基础设施、数据分享体系、数字经济人才、相关标准及法律法规等方面的制约瓶颈。因此,本研究通过对国内外典型实践模式的归纳总结及中国现实障碍的系统剖析,提出了相应的突破路径,从而为实现"三农"优质高效的可持续发展,实现从"农业大国"到"农业强国"的转变,有效推进"乡村振兴战略"提供有益借鉴。Based on the reality of the development of agriculture,rural areas,and rural people in China,this paper first analyzes the typical practice patterns of the integration and development of digital economy and agriculture and rural economy at home and abroad.The analyses show that the digital economy and agriculture and rural economy integration can advance Chines agricultural development in a comprehensive,multilevel,multifaceted way,to be more specifically,this innovative integration can not only reduce information asymmetry,expand scale effects,optimize the rational allocation of factors,innovate financial service models,but also promote the competition force and sustainable development ability of agriculture.Then this paper explores the practical obstacles and demonstrates the difficulties ahead such as lack of the digital infrastructure,short of the talents with both digital and agricultural skills,lack of collaborative and efficient data sharing system,etc.Finally,based on the Chinese reality,this paper proposes some breakthrough paths,in order to provide useful guidance to realize the"Chinese Rural Vitalization Strategy"and"Agricultural Informationization".
