经济社会发展对铁路枢纽总图的要求与对策研究

摘　　要：经济社会发展与铁路枢纽发展相互影响、相互促进,一般在铁路枢纽总图规划中经济社会发展因素考虑相对较少。梳理了铁路枢纽总图发展现状及主要问题,分析了我国经济社会发展现状与趋势及对铁路枢纽总图规划的新要求,提出了铁路枢纽总图规划客运系统中预留铁路通道、构建环形枢纽、打造一体化融合发展的综合交通枢纽,货运系统中配套高铁快运设施、弱化部分枢纽解编系统功能、充分利用既有货场、大力推进专用线建设等措施,为铁路枢纽总图规划研究提供借鉴。Economic-social development and railway hubs influence and promote each other,however,the economic-social development factors are rarely considered in the planning of railway hubs layout.This article has reviewed the current status of railway hubs development and the main is-sues,analyzed the current situation of China economic and social development and trend,and identified the new demand the development has on railway hubs planning.The article puts forward the idea of reserving railway corridors in passenger railway hubs planning and constructing circular hubs and integrated comprehensive transport terminals.For the freight transport system,the article proposes multiple countermeasures including im-proving relevant facilities for high-speed railway express,weakening breaking-up and sorting system,fully using existing railway freight yards as well as promoting the construction of special railway lines.It can be used as reference for future research on railway hubs layout planning.
