摘　　要：吉林省具备发展冰雪旅游的多种优势,如冰雪资源特色鲜明、冰雪旅游形成体系、冰雪旅游品牌影响力强、"冰雪+"有声有色、合作开发有序推进等。冰雪旅游是朝阳产业,面临着市场及政策上的巨大机遇,如冰雪旅游市场火热、冰雪产业仍有较大的发展空间、政策与市场环境良好、国外有成熟经验可供借鉴、互联网经济大力促进冰雪旅游发展等。吉林省应着力推动冰雪旅游产业发展,在提高项目参与性、加强设施安全性、提升信息化水平、运用先进营销手段推广品牌等方面加快培育冰雪旅游产业做大做强,使冰雪旅游成为拉动吉林经济发展的一个新的增长极。There are many advantages for Jilin Province to develop ice and snow tourism,such as the distinctive characteristics of ice and snow resources,the systematic ice and snow tourism industry,the strong influence of ice and snow tourism brand,the"Ice and Snow+"with vivid colors,and the orderly progress of cooperative development.Ice and snow tourism is a sunrise industry and is faced with huge opportunities in the market and policies:the ice and snow tourism market is hot;there is still much room for the ice and snow industry to develop;the policy and domestic market are good;there is mature experience from foreign countries which can be learned from;the Internet economy can vigorously promote Ice and snow tourism development,etc.Jilin Province should focus on the development of the ice and snow tourism industry.In addition,Jilin Province should accelerate the cultivation of the ice and snow tourism industry in areas such as project participation,facility safety,the level of information and advanced marketing methods so as to promote the development of the ice and snow tourism industry.Thus,the ice and snow tourism industry will be a driving force for the economic development of Jilin Province.
