摘　　要：现代服务业集聚区既是区域现代化的重要产业基础,也是衡量地区综合竞争力的重要标志。吉林省作为东北老工业基地之一,由之前的沉睡到现今的苏醒,历经了漫长的蜕变过程,目前现代服务业正在迅速发展,但是仍处于发展的初级阶段,存在增长速度不稳定、集聚度太低、结构不均衡等诸多问题。目前吉林省已经具备了发展现代服务业集聚区的基本条件。因此,吉林省应审时度势,借势调整,把发展现代服务业集聚区提升到吉林振兴和发展战略的高度,通过对集聚区进行合理规划和科学定位,凸显集聚区服务功能特色,不断完善和创新聚集模式,持续提升集聚区竞争力,培育区域经济发展的新高地和增长极。The modern service industry cluster is not only an important industrial foundation for regional modernization,but also an important indicator for measuring regional comprehensive competitiveness.As one of the old industrial bases in Northeast China,Jilin Province has experienced a long process of transformation from its former slumber to its present wake-up.At present,modern service industry is developing rapidly,but it is still in the initial stage of development and some problems are emerging such as unstable growth rate,low level of cluster and imbalanced structure.Jilin Province has the basic conditions for developing a modern service industry cluster.Therefore,firstly,Jilin Province should review the current situation,and make adjustments.The development of modern service industry cluster should be promoted to the strategic height and equal to Jilin’s revitalization.Secondly,it is necessary to highlight the service function of the cluster by rationally planning and scientifically positioning the cluster.Thirdly,it is crucial to continuously improve and innovate the cluster model in order to enhance the competitiveness of the cluster.Last but not least,it is important to cultivate new area and growth pole of regional economic development.
